If you find a defect in the API...
IMPORTANT The SOAP API entered a limited enhancement phase in Q4 2020. Access to version 1.6 will be deactivated.
If you are a current customer and you believe that you have encountered a defect or received an false error message, please contact the PSA Support team via the Autotask Support Portal.
Please provide the following information:
- Your API username
- The call and response that produced the issue
- The time frame when you began experiencing the issue
- Anything else you believe may be helpful in identifying and reproducing the problem
If we are not able to reproduce the issue, we may provide guidance towards a resolution, but please note that we cannot review your application's code for revisions or inefficiencies.
