What's a survey score threshold?
The survey score threshold allows you to limit the sending of survey result notifications to only those results where the rating is at or below the selected rating. The assumption is that a happy customer does not require an immediate additional response, whereas you may immediately want to follow up with an unhappy customer who just gave you a bad rating.
NOTE If you do not select a value, only the recipients who were selected to always receive results will ever be sent the survey results.
