System settings
Restrict contact integration by account manager and opportunity owner
The MS Exchange and MS Outlook Extensions system setting controls the transfer of Autotask contact records to Exchange and Outlook. By default, users can only transfer Autotask contacts to Exchange or Outlook for which they are the Account Manager or the Opportunity Owner.
To enable all users to transfer all Autotask contact data to Exchange or Outlook, click to clear the check box.
