Line of Business impact on reporting

Reports run by users

Users who run a standard report or LiveReport will see all data they have access to based on their security level. If they are assigned lines of business, they will only see items associated with these lines of business, items not assigned a line of business, plus items directly assigned to them ("Mine"), regardless of line of business:

• Tickets where they are a primary or secondary resource
• Opportunities and quotes where they are the opportunity owner
• Sales orders where they are the sales order owner
• Projects where they are on the project team or the team lead
• Their own expense reports and reports for which they are an approver

Scheduled reports

IMPORTANT  Scheduled reports follow the security permission of the schedule owner. They contain all items the schedule owner has permission to view!

Filtering and displaying line of business data in LiveReports

"Division", "Line of Business", and a "Division > Line of Business" columns and filters have been added to the following LiveReports categories:
