Configuring the Datto RMM Integration
Administrators
To get started, an administrator must configure the integration in both RMM and Autotask. Most configuration tasks must be completed in RMM. In Autotask, you must enable individual resources to use the integration.

Users
Individual users with Datto RMM Integration permissions can enable single sign-on for seamless navigation between Autotask and RMM, as well as two-factor authentication for added security.
